CRICKET.
(Continued from page 3.) QUINESE RC, KOWLOON CC,
Fortune favoured the Kowloon Cricket Club on Saturday for they won their league Axture Vith the Chinese Recreation Club second string at Calissway Bay. This Season the Kowloon Cricket Clubi second string have experienced' very bad luck in that they have been robbed of the fruits of their efforts by the intervention of time. Going in first the Chinese scored 103, S. T. Wong being the highest scerer, with 30. The visitors replied with 136 for nine wickets, J. Fraser topping the score with 33. Brawn found his form and bowled very consistently, taking five wickets for 22 runs.

Master-Gunner Rough shared the victors' bowling with Capt. Rowe, and, indeed, did most of it, obtaining five wickets for 50. The trundlers managed to get all wickets with the exception of one with direct de- liveries, and the only successful catch of the match went to Rowe. F. Baker was top scorer for the Civil Service with n well compiled 18. Only three other players of the side registered double figures, although there, were only two " ducks" Major Hattensby-Smith head- ed the Artillery batting with 34, and was followed by Q.5.1.
