Considerable interest has been aroused in the activities of the Most Noble Order of the Crusaders, who, recently held a commemoration Service in Westminster Abbay.

The Order, secret in character, with Warriors Principal the Unknown Knight and Supreme Head, was founded two years ago by Col. Walter Faber with five members. Among its membership of over 8,000 are many ex-Service men. The avowed aims of the Only are Ser vice, Self-Sacrifice, Loyalty, and Brother- hood. Every member must be of British parentage.

The return of the Crown Prince was prepared and carried out without my knowledge. The Dutch Government, an being informed by the Crown Prince that the German Government had granted permission, for him to return, raised no objection. I received a faru well letter from the Crown Prince, despatched after he had crossed the frontier.
