I wonder if you can pass on something of my gratitude (intercepting a very, great deal for yourself) to all who gave a helping band in the raffle and other ways. All deserve rewards of the very best, but I can only offer thanks-not mine only-but those of our sick peoplo whom this splendid gift will enable us to help.
In view of your: keen interest in the "London," it occurs to me that you might perhaps turn over, and having done that, to pass round a little book I am sending under separate cover as the most trifling of gifts.
