PROSPECTUS.
(a.) This Company has been formed principally for the purpose of building bouses in the Colony of Hongkong with a view to meeting the great demand for hous ing accommodation which exists in the Colony at the present time. (6.) In particular it is proposed to take advantage of the offer recently made by the Government for the grant of land for building purposes on the basis of the scheme explained by The Colonial Secretary at a Meeting of the Legislative Council in June, 1923.

The Promoters are is a position to state that they have completed negotia tions for the acquisition from the Government of the plateau below "Jardine's Look-out," which is capable of accommodating 160 to 200 sumi-detached borsen. The Promoters are also in treaty with the Government for numerous other sites in good localities.
The Promoters have already received about 2,000 applications from persons desiring to obtain the assistance of this Company in building homes for the *pplicanta.
The Promoters will also entertain, and, if thought advisable, take up any other scheme. or schemes which may be proposed by the Government for the acquisition of land for building and development,
(4) The Company is also empowered by its Memorandum of Association to under take business of all kinds connected with the development of building areas. (d) The minimum subscription on which the Directors may proceed to nilotment is

(6.) No commission or promotion money is being paid by the Company. (.) The Company will pay the preliminary expenses of and incident to the forma tion and Boating of the Company down to the time when it becomes entitled to commence business, and the estimated amount thereof is $5,000
(9.) FREDERICK ELLs will be the first Managing Director under a contract with the Company at a remuneration of 5 per cent. of the net profits of the Company. (4.) The Articles of Association provide that the qualification of a Director is to be the holding of 500 shares in the Company and that the remuneration of each of the Directors is to be $1,000 per apatm.
(2) None of the Directors or Promoters are interested in the promotion of the Company except to the extent of the shares taken by them in the Company (3) Copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company can be inspected at the office of Messrs. WILKINSON & GEIT, Solicitors for the Company, at any time during business hours.
