His Excellency informs me that His Excellency will not award compensation and informing the Governor that it is unusual for a Landlord to recompense a Tenant for losses sustained under such circumstances; but that His Excellency is nevertheless ready to receive from me and to consider the grounds upon which I have founded my application for remuneration.
