PRIME MINISTER S CONDEMNATION.
The Prime Minister who was the guest of the Scottiah Conservative Club in Edinburgh, on July 27th, expressed his conviction that the United Kingdom would show a united, frout against the policy of Socialism, which, he declared, would lead to the weakening and disinte grating of our people,
Mr. Baldwin said:-1 do not think there is any subject on which in Scotland and at the moment it would be mora profitable for us to devote a few moments for consideration than the struggle that is now taking place between Soelism and those who believe, as we do, that through the development of dividual and reaction of that develop ment on society and the State you can best ensure sane progress and the most profitable results for mankind (Cheers.)
