thaving been appointed Arbitrators to affix the value upon certain premises said to be part of Town Lots d' and formerly granted to Nechar ... and Oswald Esquire and now the property of Captain Burd. We are of opinion from documents and other instances, that have been placed before us, that the value is equal to twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) independent of the ground they occupy.
