that it is

contemplation to expend

them to the

a total
on this account of £3,153, 3. 4. This certainly
does
appear to me to be a
large outlay for repairing a Building of about 184 feet long by 54 feet wide, and which
is
in such a
state as to be
perfectly habitable, and still continues to afford
accommodation
for Soldiers to this date;
