Mr. Baldwin: I thought it was only right that immediately on a decision being taken the House should be acquainted with the fact. The details have not been wholly worked out, but I think before long Bir S. Houre will be in a position to discuss them on the Air Estimates. Later in the year, but not this session, there will be Supplementary Estimates for certain expenditure during the turrent year, and on that occasion discussion can take place

Mr. Baldwin: It is impossible to say what reductions may be made in the course of this year. The time is now coming for a detailed examination of the Estimaton, and I hope a considerable sum may be saved.
Captain Viscount Curzon: Is the right hon. gentlemen satisfied that the expansion of the personnel of the Air Service will be able to keep up with the expansion of the material? Is be in a position to give any indication as to when the Government will be able to make some sort of statement in regard to the air arm of the Nary?
Bir S. Hoare. I have no reason to sup- pose that the personnel will not keep up- with the expansion of the misterial. As to the second part of the question, I am su thorised to stale that no answer ean be giren to it. It may be a week or two before an answer can be given.
