LONDON, June 19th. At the inquest on Sir Henry Primrosesa venlict of suicide while of unsound mind was returned. Evidence was given by a son of Sir Henry to the effect that the deceased gentleman suffered from insomnia which followed a nervous breakdown. In a well letter to the witness Sir Henry said:
