This is to certify that Mr. G. Comolatte of the Colonial Treasury,
has been under
my
care
for nearly two
years, is consequenced of very severe and painful attacks of Rheumatism, affecting sometimes the arms,
the head; and
at others
again
simultaneously, in the head, arms and
legs.
That during this period, also, he has been repeatedly attacked by obstinate diarrhoea, threatening to pass
into Dysentery. Hitherto this latter
disease has been averted.
At the present time Mr.
Comolatte is
suffering severely from rheumatic pains in the head, and
