On arrival of the Messageries Marā times liner, Andre Lebon on Sunday morning she was placed in quarantine, her Captain having reported plague at-Buez, Calambo, and Singapore, all of which ports the liner called at.

STORMT WEATHER OUTSIDE.

A number of vessels report heavy wea ther outside during the past few days, The Kanchow, which arrived from Shanghai on Saturday, reported dense fog and a strong E.N.E. gald on her journey down the coast. The s., Chinhila, from Bangkok, arrived in port on Sunday. She acountered very rough weather and heavy seas.
