As I am making extensive preparations for my voyage, I write to ask whether I shall be informing you what support the Majesty's Government will be pleased to grant me with a passage, providing me with a ship and things at their expense.

I am aware of the arrangements with Foucard to some extent, influenced by your report. I shall be obliged by your decision made.
