MILAN, December 5th. Thefts, burglaries, and other criminal exploits have bon very frequent of late in Alessandria, Pioduwnt; and the local Fascisti, distrusting the efficiency of the police, drcided to take the matter into their own hands. Their chief, or consul, having obtained from the police the names of the oriminals, together with their past records of crimes, terms of imprisonment, &c., addressed a circular letter to the thieves inviting them to a meeting to be held on Sunday night at 9 o'clock, and threatening very severe punishments to those who should not attend. They all appeared at the time
