Adm inistrative Allowance off Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds, being the Amounts granted to the first Bishops appointed to Sees in Colonies.

It being understood that this Allowance, as in previous Instances, is specially granted upon the first Institution of the Bishoprick, and is not to be considered as entitling the Bishop who may hereafter be nominated to the See to claim a Passage at the expences of the Public.
