In reply to your Letter of the 5th Instant, I have it in command to acquaint you, for the information of Earl Grey, that the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury have not seen reason to dissent from the Instructions his Lordship proposes to convey to the Governor of Hong Kong by the Despatch of which a copy was communicated to them in your Letter, relative to the Sale and Tenure of Lands in that Colony.
