Mr. Bonham, the Govr of Hong Kong, on being informed of the Murder of Capté José Maria
Joao Flascico do Amaral, the late Govr of Macao.
The Uso has the honour to state to Viset Moncorvo that
H. this Govt are much gratified that Mr Bonham should of his own accord have anticipated the wishes of H. This Govt,
by affording to the Portuguese settlement "Vicent Moncowo
