With reference to your Letter of the 16th November last, communicating certain suggestions from the Lords Commrs of the Admiralty, for the employment of HM Vessels was stationed in China, for the purpose of convoying Native Trading Vessels. I bey you will Acquaint their Lordships, that I have given every consideration to this subject, and after consulting with HMs Plenipotentiary, and The Secretary to the Admiralty at London.
