The Kings (Liverpool) Regt. played [their 'first match with the Hongkong Cricket Club on Saturday on the Club ground. The match terminated in a draw. though if the game had been fought out to a conclusion it is almost curtain that the Club would have wọo.

Despite the fact that the Club had a decided advantage. the Kings put up i good fight considering is was their first big match since their arrival in the Colony, They posarse plenty of good bat-mes and such a side, as turned out on Saturday, ought to do big things next Benson.
