A telegram has been "received Shanghai stating that the four steam Peg-Mandarin relatial Oriental and Cuthey-built at Shanghai by the Kinagaan Dock and Engineering Works --have been purchased by Captain Robert Dollar from the United States Shipping Board. These vessels will be owned and operated by the Robert Dollor Co., and one of the vessels is now on ita way to Shanghai.
