Sentence. The Court having found the Prisoners both guilty of the charge preferred against them, which breach of the articles of War, and taking into Consideration the former Conviction, and general Indifferent Character of Private James Whitter, and the former conviction and general Bad character of Private William Vance, do Sentence the Prisoner Private James Whitter, 80th Regt. of the Royal Sappers and Miners to be Transported beyond the seas for the period of Seven Years, and further to be marked on the Left side, two Inches below the shoulder.
