Przno, December 14th. General Chang Teo-lin arrived here from Tiantain shortly after noon to-day accompanied by Mesre. Wang Nan-ping, Minister of Commercs, Chi Yao-san, Minister of Interior, and a number of attachés. Most of the Cabinet Ministers were at the railway station to meet Ganéral Chang.

General Chang, who was dressed in Chinese civilian attire, drove off immed iately to his private quarters, at the Shunchongwangtu, in the West city. The route was strongly guarded by Fangtien troops from NanyuaD.
