circumstances to enable me to offer any opinion to Your Excellency, as to whether any of these articles is to have the sale be checked, but I merely point out the subject as deserving of Your Excellency's consideration, at a time when Her Majesty's Naval Forces are called upon to make strenuous efforts to suppress the unusual degree of daring which the Pirates in this neighbourhood have lately attained.
