In the absence of a defalte request for abandonmant, a parcel will at the expiration of 30 days from date of its receipt in Caylus, er 21 days in Hongkong (except in the case of a Poete Restante parcel), be returned to the sender without previous notification and at his expense, and a parool which bears alternative address. will be bold in Ceylon at the disposal of the first addressee for 15 days before being tendered for delivery to the second addresses.
