It affords en great satisfaction to transmit herewith for Your Lordship's information printed copies of two Despatches addressed by Commander Johns C. Dalrymple Hay, of Her Majesty's "Columbine", to His Excellency the Naval Commander-in-Chief, reporting successful attack made by him, in conjunction with Commander Willcox of Her Majesty's Steamer "Fury", on a large fleet of piratical junks anchored in Bias Bay, distant about forty miles to the northward of this Colony. On the 26th ultimo, I received:
