for Your Excellency's information
copies of the Proceedings of
Roccodings of Commanders Lockyer, in the Medea, between the 5th
and 12th instants, by which Your Excellency will perceive that there is a large fleet of Pirates within a day's
sail of this harbour.
Should Your Excellency be of opinion that the "Phlegethon" be spared for a week or 10 days for the purpose of destroying
