also of this opportunity to acknowledge the receipt of another Despatch, No. 286, which Your Excellency did them the honor of writing
to them the 4th instant ; and they assure Your Excellency that they have felt much flattered at the delicate expressions
which Your Excellency was pleased to use on that occasion, signifying concurrence in the sentiments conveyed in the last Despatch from
this Council to the Viceroy Seu =
