and fall upon the Government alone.

In conclusion we have earnestly to request that Your Excellency will be pleased to permit the Right Honorable the Earl Grey to be made acquainted with the particulars of this suit, as it will then be evident to His Lordship that a Supreme Court of Judicature, for this Island, which is governed by the Rules of the Court of Westminster, while unsupplied with duly qualified Barristers, or even Attornies in whom confidence can be placed, is not merely insufficient to ensure justice to H. M. Subjects, but on the contrary, is incapable of preventing a repetition of similar vexations to those now detailed.
