This letter is to request to be informed whether there are emigrants suited to the W. Indies – fearing that they are likely to be so if the class of people who are to be sent are not so.
A communication has to be made to "Wo Marryatt & the gentlemen" who were here the other day, but I hope the form of agreement they proposed is not so unsuitable as to send any of the people now.
