Both passengers and crew were allowed to land at Wada Point where the Government maintains a quarantine station wall up to the international quar antine regulation needs. The passengers and crew were requested to carry all per- sonal effects that had been in daily use. and they were later carefully disinfected. The passengers are listed as follows: Europenos. of whom 35. are travelling in first class and 11in Socond class quar ters: 3 Japanese, of whom 10 are in first class, 12 in second class and 62 in steerage quaiters: 901 Filipinos, of whom 1 are in first class. 11, in second class and 193 in steerage quarters. and 103 Chiness, of whom five are in first class. 2 in second class and 76 in steerage quarters. Most of the steerage Filipino passengers are bound for Honolulu to work in the Kugar plantations in thu Hawaiian Islands
