Before the meeting of the Sanitacy Board concluded, : yesterday.
Dr. W. V. M. KUCH said he wished to draw attention to a very curious statement" made by one of the members of the Cômmission on Veneren! Diseases that pasted through Hongkong a little while ago.
The statement, published in the British Medical Jourauf, was by Mrs. Neville Rolfe, whose name had been before the Board already, She stated that in Hongkong. "public health con- "ditions were disgraceful.
