It seems to me equally guilty, it would be that time should be lost in apprehending the remainder of the party, which is still at large. I found that Your Excellency has apprehended one and the head and hand, cannot be a matter of any difficulty. I repeat that the atrocious murder was committed by several individuals when in company.
Immediately after the atrocious murder was committed, they were ing away equally & fatal. All these are equally guilty. Your Excellency should lose no time in causing them to be apprehended, that they may be brought to trial and punished.
