STEAMER LAUNCHED AT KOWLOON DOCKS.

A sucessful launch of a new steamer took place, yesterday morning, from the Whanpon Dock Co.'s premises at Kow- shipbuilding ways of the Hongkong and toos, Capt. &. Asakawa, from Singaloon Docks. The vessel, a sister ship to pore, with a general cargo.-N.Y. K. the Hektor which was launched last Feb- Shuncheong, Chinese
