Reports having allowed Mr Mc Knight to resign his Inland Lots Land 887, 133 and 282 the rents have all been paid up.

Requires instructions on the subject Entitled Fees in certain cases for the Attorney General's being called upon for his professional assistance when required by the Ordnance or Military Authorities.

Refers to Despatches from the Secretary of State dated 1845, 1846 and 1847 bearing on this question particularly with regard to the Ordnance Department.
