Encloses the report of a Board of Survey on the Treasurer's Account April 2 — encloses also general statement of the entire Finances of the Treasury and operations for the year ending March 31. 1839.

The Reports on the great increase in cases of piracy and list of 13 Boats having been pillaged. 3 Months, they under a regular organised system Urges the necessity of adopting measures for the suppression of Pirates and suggests the sending out a Steam Engine and having a suitable Boat built on the spot for this service, encloses description of the kind of small Steam Boat that would be suitable, with light draught of Water.
