The Master General having been in correspondence with the Secretary of State for the Colonies in respect to a question which has arisen as to how far the Ordnance Department is entitled to the Professional Services of the Law Officers of the Crown in the various Colonial Possessions; and his Lordship having been pleased to enter into a general arrangement on the Subject with this Department; and to instruct the several Governors.
