The first, meeting of the Permanent Armaments Commission constituted by the Council of the League of Nations is sitting at Ban Sebastido. Eight rations - arə represented, including Great Britain which is represented by Admiral Sir Somerset Calthorpe and Commandant Groves, and Japan which is represented by Generals, Watanabe and Itami, and Captain Osumi, The principal items for discussion are the question of employment of poison gas na weapon of war and the question of em- ployment of poison gas at a weapon of war and the quation of a Convention ar regards the traffic in arms and munitions.
