I have this instant received a letter from your Excellency, No dated yesterday; with three enclosures, relative to certain proceedings on the part of Captain Köppel, of Her Britannic Majesty's ship "Mæander", which will be duly forwarded to England by the overland Mail expected to leave this Fort on the 24th Instant, for the information of Her Britannic Majesty's Foreign Office.
