It was manimously Resolved,
after a full and careful
consideration
of all the
circumstances of
the
case,
that the sentence of Death recorded against
the aforesaid Criminals, Chang teen hier, Wong-buy-wing,
Saong-archum, Kwok-...- and Wong arsheep, Wong-arsheep, should be confirmed, and that the said sentence be carried into effect on Thursday
the 7th June next, between
the hours
of 6 and
8 a.m.
The Colonial Secretary
instructed to prepare the requisite Warrant for
their execution, and to
intimate the
same to the
Sheriff. He was also requested
to apply for a Military Guard
to escort the Convicts to the
place of execution.
