In compliance with the Instructions

contained in your letter, No. 129 of the 3rd instant, I called upon Mr

Duddell and ascertained from him the quantity of Ground required with the two Corly stands he offered to purchase; I have therefore the honor to report that at the Corly stand near the Joe House,

the area is 2925 Square feet, the rental of which at the upset price, is £7. 19. 2, and at the other stand the area is 3,260 Square feet, upset rental £10.10.7.
