I beg leave to offer for the unappropriated Coolie Houses as follows:

I will pay £45 for the one situate behind the School House and pay the upset Rental for the ground on which it stands, and execute the usual lease therefor;

I will pay £45 for the one near the Steps, and pay the upset Rental for the ground on which it stands and the ground bordering thereon between it, and the Steps and Lot 94, and the opening on to the Queen's Road, 4. Gough Street;

I will execute the Leases when prepared, and take possession from the date thereof, but the Purchase Money £90, I request to be accommodated thus - say £50 to be paid in three months and £40 in six months - should you be pleased to accept these terms, I will accompany the Surveyor General to the ground.
