Description.

Salary to His Excellency the Governor the 3 months from 10th December 1848 to the 28th February, 1849, @ £6000 per annum.

Salary for 5 months paid in England to Chief Justice Hulme, unnoticed in Colonial Agent's account, but officially intimated to Colonial Treasurer by Colonial Secretary under date January 17th, 1849.

Rent for the residence of His Excellency the Governor, for the 3 months from 1st January to 31st March, 1849.
