In the House of Commons, ut question time, Major Bain anid that the Home Secretary was aware that certain per- sons were at present carrying on revolun- tionary propaganda in Britain with the object of abolishing Parliamentary Government and establishing a Govern- ment on the lines of the Russian Soviet
system.
