I have looked over the whole of the records in the Asst. Adjt. and Brig. Mil. Secy. Offices in the hope of finding something to assist us in tracing how the money was disposed of but I am sorry to say that I have been unsuccessful.
I regret this the more because you are concerned in the matter.
