On the reductions which he considers might conveniently be effected in the Military Establishment of The Garrison accompanied by statements of the present strength and the nature of the duties that have to be performed, he proposes two schemes by one of which the Expenditure might be reduced £10,375.3 per Annum by the other £14,410.3.13 per annum.
