The Wanchai Police arrested a little boy on Friday for hawking without a licence. The boy pointed cut a min, who, be said, had engaged him to hawk. This man was arrested for aiding and abett-. ing the boy. The couple were allowed nut on a bait of $35 and ordered to attend Court on Saturday. They failed to pisey the order and the bail was treated.
