6 part of Paragraph 10 of my Despatch. Nr. 25 of the 26th February, wherein I mentioned that provision was about to be made for increasing

of Sittings of the
Supreme
Court
at Nisi Prius from 11 to 6 in
the year;

submit, for Your Lordship's approval the Rule of Court to that effect, which passed the
Legislative Council on the 14th
of the present month.
