My Lord,
With Reference to that part of Paragraph 10 of my Despatch No. 92 of the 26th February, wherein I mentioned that provision was about to be made for increasing the number of sittings of the Supreme Court from 4 to 6 in each year.
I have the honour to submit for Your Lordship's approval the Bute of Court to that effect, which passed the Legislative Council on the 12th instant.
