THE SITUATION IN KWANGTENG
The situation in Kwangtung has under, gone an entire change and there is now apparently little danger of fighting.. Nothing of importance has occurred owing to the demobilisation of the Shin- hing troops. The Kwangsi troops, who came from Wuchow, are at present in To Shing (beyond Shiubing). These troops will not proceed further down now that All is quiet, and they are expected to return to Kwangsi shortly.
