LONDON, June 3rd.
The King's Birthday was celebrated to- day throughout the Empire in the most enthusiastic mander.
The chief feature of the official cele brations in London was the trooping of the Colours by the Guards Brigade in Fine weather prevailed, Hyde Park and there were enormous crowds.
The Queen, Princess Mary and the ladies of the Royal Family occupied a pavilion near the saluting base.
The King, accompanied by the Prince of Wales and the Duke of Connnaght, followed by Sir Doughs Haig and other notables, and the King's Indian orderlies, rode into the Park, where the massed bands played the National Anthem, and the Royal Standard was hoisted.
After the trooping ceremony, Their Majesties watched the troops march past Buckingham Palace.
